In rare cases, a refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met, and only if the files have not been downloaded:

Key elements such as model parts, textures, or essential files are missing or corrupted.
You mistakenly believed the product was a physical item, and the digital file has not been accessed or downloaded.
