Refund Eligibility:-

✔You will have to submit the request to dreamyartworld@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase.

✔The purchased product doesn’t match its description/preview images in a significant manner

✔Crucial model parts, details, textures, or files are missing.

✔Model is mistaken for a physical object and the digital file has not been downloaded

When submitting a request for a refund, don’t forget to describe the problem encountered. After receiving a refund request, Dreamy Art world commits to process the request within 7-8 business days.

In case of refund, you are legally bound to destroy all the copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
